The scope should name its closing day

A mobile application changes. Without a closing day, nobody in the room can tell which screens are still the ones we agreed to build.

At StarSparkX the scope is short. It names the first screen, the platforms, and the day that path stops. Work after that day needs a new scope. The closing day is not a launch promise. A store keeps its own calendar. The day belongs to the agreement between the studio and the person who commissioned the application.

Changsha Xingzhuo Technology Co., Ltd keeps that agreement with the version number. When the version changes, the scope changes with it.
