Agreement

These terms cover use of starsparkx.com, operated by Changsha Xingzhuo Technology Co., Ltd. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The site

The pages describe a Changsha studio that designs and engineers mobile applications, and the public sentences that may accompany a release. They are not an offer to sell goods, and they are not a store listing for a named application.

No store promise

Nothing on this site promises that a store will approve an application, and nothing states an install count or revenue. We are not a partner of Google or of Meta.

Intellectual property

Site text, the StarSparkX name, and the star mark are owned by Changsha Xingzhuo Technology Co., Ltd unless a page says otherwise. You may not copy the site for another business.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or send unlawful content. Do not present this site as an official store page.

Liability

The site is provided as published. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make from these pages, or for interruptions in hosting. A commissioned build is governed by the scope you and the studio accept, not by these website terms alone.
